QualityCARE Maintenance Protection Plan

Ford ESP QualityCARE Maintenance Protection Plan (QCMPP) covers a comprehensive list of manufacturer-recommended scheduled maintenance items. The following items are included if they fail due to normal wear:

• spark plugs (except in California)
• wiper blades
• engine belts and hoses
• brake pads and linings
• clutch disc
• shock absorbers

• Covers 6 wear items - spark plugs (except in California), shock absorbers, clutch disc, engine belts and hoses, brake pads and linings, wiper blades
• Customers must purchase QCMPP before 12 months / 12,000 miles from warranty start date or zero miles, whichever occurs first
• First-day rental option *: up to $28 per day for up to 2 days for Ford and Mercury; up to $35 per day for Lincoln
